CrossFit RDU is offering a
FREE ‘Boot Camp’ Workout
every Saturday from 9 am -10 am
for those interested in learning what
CrossFit is about!
No previous CrossFit experience needed!
Unlimited number of people can attend
(bring your friends or spouse).
Instructions for attendees:
Please fill out the registration form at the bottom of page so we know to expect you.
Be on time!! (need to be at gym at least 15 min before start of class to fill out a quick waiver form).
Bring something to eat and a water bottle.
Expect to SWEAT!!!
No one will be allowed in class after 9 am (once class has started).
* Waiver form required to participate. To be completed at gym.*
