CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training. CrossFit is an extremely efficient and effective way to get into world-class shape.

Our workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements (pushups and pullups, deadlifts and squats, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing, and Olympic lifting), executed at high intensity in a group setting.

All newcomers to CrossFit will be taken through a series of introductory class, one-on-one with a coach. You will be taught the 9 functional movements of CrossFit and proper technique on all lifts to be performed during a CrossFit workout. It also serves us in determining your level of fitness and conditioning. Please use our contact form to schedule an appointment to get started.

Kettlebell Pump

Kettlebell Pump is a 30 minute class that promises to deliver a high intensity workout like no other group fitness class. Kettlebell Pump™ is ideal for anyone who wants to: burn fat, increase flexibility, and build strength. You will tone your body and boost your energy level with kettlebells.

From Olympic athletes to grandmothers, Kettlebell Pump™ can challenge anyone. Kettlebell Pump ™ provides unique multi joint movements that exercise all the large muscle groups while simultaneously providing a high level of cardiovascular endurance training during the workout. By mixing stabilization exercises, momentum, cardio and just plain strength, participants know they have experienced an intense workout.
